At the Catalunya circuit today the early morning fog failed to hide the surprise of the day. Four-time world champion Michael Schumacher set the paddock abuzz when he came out with his new helmet, and it's new design.

Asymmetrical the design is divided into two longitudinally. The one half is the same colours of the Ferrari ace's original helmet. However the other half, which is in tones of yellow, bares more of a resemblance to that of his younger brother Ralf's helmet.

Schumacher's new helmet, which is designed by the Schuberth company, if a prototype helmet that is to be tested by both of the Schumacher brothers. As there is only one existing prototype at the moment it was necessary to satisfy the sponsors of both Ferrari and Williams and that is how the helmet got its design.

staat nochtans vrij duidelijk in de post dat dit niet het geval is he:
