Het bedrijf HPE gaat wellicht consultant spelen of know-how leveren aan een van de bestaande conctructeurs. Het bericht duikt nu ook op de pagina jayski. Meest logische kandidaat is Chevrolet (onderdeel GM). GM heeft weer een belang in FIAT.....en ze komen we weer uit bij HPE 
Wat betreft de pagina's Jayski, dat is fenomeen op zich.
