Iemand het nieuwe kwalificatie formaat gezien van de WS? Na die "zwarte" zaterdag op Zolder hebben ze dat toch maar vlug veranderd. Overigens rijden de WS ook maar weinig minuten voordat ze aan de race beginnen..........
WS-coureur Proetto mag reglementair thuisblijven na zijn gestuntel op Zolder, vervanger is de Duitser Sven Barth. Een Marokkaan die het laatste zitje, en dus zijn debuut in de WS
, bij Avalon gaat bezetten. Alex Lloyd is de vervanger voor Danielson.
