The Italian, linked with a move to Formula One since he tested a Ferrari at Fiorano, said he will "stick to motorbikes forever", claiming the driver does not make a significant difference.
"As far as I'm concerned, I hadn't seen a race on TV for a long time, but I did for the race in Canada, and I realize that the driver's task is to take the car to the finish," Rossi told Gazzetta dello Sport.
