Is totaal niet van invloed op het budget van Ferrari. Philip Morris heeft destijds alle sponsorruimte gekocht van Ferrari en verkoopt die ruimte voor een gedeelte door aan derden. Ferrari hoeft maar één factuurtje  te versturen om zijn sponsorgeld van Philip Morris te ontvangen. Dus dat gedeelte van het budget is voor Ferrari een vast getal voor een bepaalde periode.
