Een (FIA)licentie uit Senegal waarmee je exact dezelfde wedstrijden kunt rijden als een reguliere RACB licentie? Als ik alles goed begrijp kost zoiets 1/10 t.o.v. een licentie uit noordelijk Europa. Knappe kop die mij het verschil van 9/10 kan uitleggen
