Er is ook te lezen dat de JLOC Lambo niet tijdig terug zal zijn voor de race omdat ze nog in LeMans staan. Wat me keer op keer verbaast is dat die GT1 Lambo van JLOC mee rijd met GT300... Wel de ideale klasse voor hem, na een overwinning en een paar podium's.

In the GT300 class, a slight decrease in entrants sees 20 cars competing at Sepang. Among the absentees is the Round 1-winning #88 AKTIO Murcie RG-1, the JLOC squad unable to attend on the back of their Le Mans campaign the weekend prior to this event. However, this allows other teams to fight for victory in its place.

Er valt ook te lezen dat de piloot 'Sakon Yamamoto' niet zal meerijden, dit omdat hij nu voor Super Aguri F1 team meerijd.
