Het is al langer bekend dat de Nurburgring niet echt happy is met de F1. Een gezond circuit wat eens op de twee jaar zijn winst ziet verdwijnen naar de F1. Hockenheim wil er ook vanaf zoals we nu lezen. Of is dit een truukje om wat centjes van de staat naar binnen te hengelen?
Met 2.5 frabikanten (BMW, Mercedes en Toyota) en 25% van de coureurs uit Duitsland is dit toch een belangrijke thuishaven van de F1. Is Bernie zo arrogant dat hij zonder fundament kan blijven voort bouwen?
