Wat een waardeloos einde van deze GP, slachtoffers van dienst zijn de fans langs de baan. Dat ze de wedstrijd tijdelijk stil leggen is te begrijpen. Op het moment dat ze de race annuleerden was het alweer droog. Ze hadden makkelijk kunnen herstarten om tot aan de benodigde 75% van een GP-afstand te komen. Helaas, de wetten van de TV bepalen anders.
