DAVID SAELENS Position 5th Fastest lap 1 min 28.706 secs
“Today was good, although I had real problems with traffic – it seemed as though I was always there when someone was having a problem. The car was definitely capable of better than fifth place here today. We should be consistently quick in the race tomorrow and a podium position is certainly possible. As for the little incident at the end of the second session, I was pushing hard, simply braked a bit too late and went down an escape road. And the next time somebody says single-seaters don’t weigh much, try pushing one for a bit!”
