According to reports in the Australian press, former Sauber driver Felipe Massa has been linked to a drive alongside Justin Wilson at Minardi. The young Brazilian was dropped by Sauber in favour of Heinz-Harald Frentzen and has been actively seeking a seat elsewhere for 2003.
When Peter Sauber announced the departure of his newest protégé, he stated that there was a testing role with the Swiss based squad available to the 21 year old role if he so desired, however a full time drive for the new championship was the top priority.
Only two full time seats remain for the upcoming season, one at Minardi and one at Jordan, however it appears as if Massa doesn't have enough financial backing behind him to secure the Jordan role, leaving Minardi as the only viable alternative. He has also been linked with Luciano Burti's testing role with Ferrari.

Gaan we nog lachen: Wilson - Massa bij Minardi. Waar is dat all-dutch team nu ineens naartoe ?
