Wie die bartus is weet ik niet precies, maar het moet een insider zijn. Bij zowat elk evenement in het buitenland waar nederlanders actief zijn, loopt hij ook rond. Wellicht een fotograaf/journalist die onder een alter ego op een lollige wijze zijn eigen mening verkondigd.
