Nou, die 4 km is meer vanwege de commercial-breaks, die duren meestal tussen 45 en 60 seconden.
1 rondje van 4 km zit vaak in de buurt van de 1.15 minuut. Je mist dus net geen rondje. handig om in te spelen op de pitstop van de leiders van de wedstrijd. Net na het passeren van de streep over naar de commercials...........en net voor het passeren van de streep c.q. ingang pitstraat ben je weer terug.
