Formula Renault Eurocup entrant Marian Hamprecht of Ma-Con Engineering, based in Dortmund, Germany, has acquired the assets of the defunct British FIA F3000 team, Den Bla Avis, and plans to enter the 2004 series. Sam Boyle, who has served as the TM of the Astromega F3000 team for the past eight years, is leaving the Belgian--owned company to run the new venture www.autosport.com
