Revolutionair remsysteem by McLaren-MB.
Om het ongeveerde gewicht drastisch te verlagen, heeft McLaren de traditionele schijfremmen vervangen door out-board buisremmen.

Ze zijn goed te zien op deze foto:


(ik weet natuurlijk wel dat het meet apparatuur is )

je link die je hebt gebruikt verwijst niet naar een *.jpg of *.gif of ander soort foto.

dit komt -normaal gezien- omdat je de volledige link niet heb gekopieerd toen je die foto wou gebruiken. Ik heb dit ook al gehad, vooral bij f1-live die enorm lange URL's voor hun links gebruiken.

zou trouwens nie echt effectie zijn remmen op een stuk rubber, Band zou snel aan stukken gereten worden denk ik!!

Het zijn pyrometers, om de bandentemperatuur te meten over het gehele oppervlakte van de band. Belangerijk bij het afstellen van de ophanging.

Het zou ook niet in de wielkassen geraken.

Bij NASCAR hebben ze natuurlijk ook materiaal om de bandentemperatuur te meten. Maar ik denk niet dat het over het gehele oppervlakte werkt. Waarschijnlijk iets dat de lucht in de band zelf meet.

peis dat ze het dan we in de wielkasten bouwen zene. Die aparatuur is trouwens maar bij enkele tests aanwezig, eens ze genoeg data hebben gaat die er terug af.

in nascar doen ze da gewoon met een meterke tijdens pitstops. Ze meten dan inner,middle and outer temperatuur en daaraan kunnen ze zien hoe het chassis zich gedraagt

Ja, misschien wel. Ik weet nie veel van NASCAR af. Veel afstellen hebben die gasten niet te doen, als ze in rondjes blijven rijden.
