Inc., which tracks box office performance. As for "Talladega Nights," he said: "It's reinvigorated the box office. Everybody loves Will Ferrell. You know you are going to have a good time and NASCAR is an utterly American sport." Disney's "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" earned another $11 million to place third with attendance dropping 46 percent over the previous week. "Pirates" has earned $380 million after five weeks in North America theaters.(Associated Press)

JA HALLO het is een KOMEDIE .
En wat de een leuk vindt, hoeft de ander nog niet leuk te vinden .
En geloof maar dat NASCAR deze film promoot .

Ik vindt het als ik op de trailer af ga een leuke komedie. Laat maar komen die film.

Als je Will Ferrel ziet staan (bekend van Saturday Night Live), dan weet je al genoeg. Het lijkt mij wel 'a good laugh' te zijn, al zie ik 1000 keer liever dramas in dat genre...zoals Days of Thunder bijvoorbeeld.

Ik ga hem deze week proberen te kijken als ik in Watkins Glen ben.
Hij is in de USA aan het draaien sinds 4 augustus.
Er is veel om de film te doen ginder en de hele NASCAR wereld staat erachter. Humor moet er zijn

Deze film is niet met driven te vergelijken. Daar was de trailer al belachelijk zonder humor...

Of mogen autosportfilms enkel maar "serieus" zijn?

hopelijk zit de zaal niet vol met zo'n kassucces

misschien iets om met de paddock samen te bekijken als de film uitkomt eind oktober in België

Ok, destijds is niet gelukt met de Vaillant film......deze keer wel? Wellicht een aantal centrale plaatsen uitkiezen? Denk niet dat iedereen het halve land wil door rijden om een filmke te pakken gezien de huidige benzineprijzen.

Ik zit hier sinds eind juli in Amerika/Canada (nog tot eind augustus), en kan bevestigen dat er idd veel te doen is rond deze film. Welke zender ik hier op tv ook opzet, de kans is vrij groot dat er iets van deze film uitgezonden worden (trailer, interviews, ...).
