Wtcc Puebla Mexico
Je vind o.a. de timing op www.wtccmexico.com met 7u tijdsverschil houdt dit in dat de qualif. om 21u45 zaterdag is, race 1 zondag om 20u10 en race 2 om 21u15 cet tijd . Vind ik best plezant als dat live te zien is hoef ik daarvoor de dag niet te breken en/of video te zetten . Hopelijk smelten de bandjes(zeker bij de voortrekkers) niet als sneeuw voor de Mexicaanse zon .

Ik snap niet precies de link die je legt met Hotfiel, maar volgens mij wordt het S2000 regelement buiten Europa alleen in Azie gebruikt.

Er zullen er wel meer zijn die de reis naar Mexico overslaan. Wellicht dat er dan gastrijders te verwachten waren.

De ballastgewichten : Dirk M. & Priaulx 60kg, Giovanardi 50kg, Farfus 40kg, Tarquini & Rydell 35kg, Garcia 30kg, Jörg M. & Thompson 10kg, Gené & Plato(voor volgende deelname) 5kg . Daarmee wordt Jörg Müller voor mij de huizenhoge favoriet aldaar, vervolgens Zanardi, Garcia, Thompson, Gené, Terting én Tarquini (met "slechts"35kg) als de voortrekkers hun bandjes niet zien oproken in the Mexican sun voor de 4 laatstvermelden . Het lijkt mij ook niet de goedkoopste verplaatsing idd. ...

FORD Hotfiel Sport blijft idd in Europa voor het nodige testwerk maar ik was een beetje in de war met het RS Line IPZ Racing team. Die reden ook met een tweetal ST-170 in het WTCC. Beide wagens zijn echter rijp voor de schroothoop, Diefenbacher schreef de zijne af op Magny Cours en Ploderl in Imola. Het team heeft op dit moment geen wagens meer ter beschikking. Volgens de Autosport van 02-06-05 denkt teambaas Rianer Stiefel aan andere merken voor de terugkeer van RS line in het WTCC.

Niet alleen dat, maar teams die na afloop van de races in Imola hebben geconstateerd dat er een probleem met de wagen is hebben eigenlijk geen tijd om de wagens te herstellen.

Reisschema:
-Zondag avond 29-05, containers inladen op het circuit van Imola
-Dan op transport richting Bremerhaven in Duitsland, met de vrachtwagen duurt dat ook 1 a 2 dagen.
-Inladen op de boot, zal ook wel iets meer dan 1 dag kosten.
-Geplande aankomst 16-06 in Mexico.
-Uitladen en op transport richting het circuit in Puebla op 19-06

De teams hebben dus een kleine week om de wagens, op lokatie, te prepareren voor de races op 26-06. Daarna de reis in omgekeerde richting en op naar Spa. De teams zijn dus bijna 2 maanden! hun wagens kwijt.

De topteams zullen wel een reservechassis of 2 hebben staan, maar ik kan Hotfiel begrijpen dat ze hun seizoen niet op de helling zetten al zijn de reiskosten vergoed .

Timing TV uitzendingen €urosport : Zaterdag 25-6 Qualifiying ; samenvatting laat op de avond . Zondag 26-6 : Race 1 & 2 Live van 23u tot 00u50 . Dat klopt niet echt met die 7u tijdsverschil of hebben ze dat nog opgesteld met de achterliggende gedachte dat er om 15u10 locale tijd gestart wordt en niet zoals op't programma aangegeven 13u10 Locale tijd . Als't maar Live is ... da's nog altijd de hoofdreden waarom ik die Canal+ decoder heb (zeker nu met Eurosport 2(news) met o.a. Live Fia-gt) .

Plato doet dan toch mee ; met 10 plaatsjes achteruit op de grid waarschijnlijk voor spek en bonen alhoewel met slechts 5kg ballast... Wel is het zo dat door z'n straf in Puebla uit te zweten hij in Spa vanop z'n normale gridpositie zal kunnen vertrekken en als hij zoals verwacht niet veel scoort in Puebla zal hij in Spa licht rijden en kansrijk zijn...

@ Bugalfa,

timing Eurosport voor WTCC Puebla uit eerste hand :

zaterdag 25/6
21.45 - 22.30 kwalificaties LIVE

zondag 26/6 (timing van races is aangepast)
16.30 - 17.00 warmup LIVE
20.00 - 20.45 race 1 LIVE
21.15 - 22.00 race 2 LIVE

Tussen beide races in (van 20.45 tot 21.15) wordt een samenvatting van 30 minuten getoond van de FIA GT-race in Brno.

Uw dienaar heeft de eer de beelden van extra-klank te voorzien.

Tof dat PB weer de commentaar geeft en niet z'n "collega uit de lage landen" die vergeet dat hij ook voor de Vlamingen commentaar verzorgt...
Ben je daar ter plaatse dan Peter of geef je commentaar vanuit de Studio ?
