Superstars next year in Germany!

Final race for the Superstars. Audi RS6, BMW M5 and Jaguar S-type R will be on the Santamonica truck of Misano to take part to the 9th round of the touring Italian championship, organized by FGSport, the promoter of the World Superbike Championship.
With only a race to play, all the classify possibilities are completely open: as regards the pilots’, Tobia Masini -Audi RS6- is first with 115 points, but Fabrizio Armetta-BMW M5-is very close to him with 105 points and he hopes in a false step of the Audi driver to pass him and win the Superstars Italian Championship. No other driver can fight with them for the final classify.
As regards the team classify, the battle is between CAAL Racing (133 points) and Max Team (122 p.).
Finally it is very important underline the future of this very interesting formula: for the next year, the FGSport is planning to take the Superstars beyond the italian frontiers. It is very probable infact that these cars, characterized by 5000 engine size and by more than 400 powerful horses, will compete in Germany on the Oscherleben truck.

Are there similarities with Australian V8 Supercars?
What are the costs of these cars compared to Super2000 (like used in WTCC, ITCC)?
