Grand Am race2: Neugarten 3de in GTS
Michel Neugarten is derde geworden in de Mosler tijdens de 21 race van het Grand Am kampioenschap. Overall waren ze 6de.
De race werd gewonnen door een vertegenwoordiger van de "kolderbrigade", een Daytona Prototype van Haywood en France. Het verval van de Grand Am serie is wel groot. Slechts 16 wagens aan de start. De prachtige Gunnar G99 Porsche (zie technisch hoekje) reed slechts 20 ronden.

Aan het Grand Am kampionschap hoeven dit jaar geen aandacht meer te besteden, dat is geen volwaardige serie.
