Ik heb net gemerkt dat de wagen min of meer het 'Gulf' kleurenschema heeft. Toeval, maar toch opvallend.

Het heeft misschien meer te maken met de Hup Holland kleuren.

Gulf-kleuren zijn lichtblauw en oranje, dit hier is aluminiumkleur met "Holland" oranje. Er is mijns inziens volstrekt geen verband hoor.

Gulf rijdt voor de volgende twee jaar met de Audi R8 (slecht resultaat dit jaar), dus denk ik niet dat ze een tweede wagen zullen inzetten.

Moeilijk te zeggen. Maar die nieuwste Gillet (te zien geweest op 24h Francorchamps) is volgens mij een heel stuk aantrekkelijker dan de vorige.

Wel, de nieuwe Gillet ziet er inderdaad beter uit.
Nu nog zien wie er als eerste over de streep komt.

Le Mans schijnt toch aardig serieus te zijn voor de mannen van den Spyker. Gister was de directeur van dat fabriekje op een vaag en schimmig nederlands kanaal.
Hij vertelde het volgende: Deelname aan Le Mans 2002 met twee wagens......en finishen. Zaten 200 kg onder het klassegewicht van 1100 kg...........m.a.w. die wegligging zal dan ook wel goed zijn. De mannen van de ACO waren langsgeweest............en vonden hem binnen de regels vallen....... Ambitieus.....es kijken hoever die hollandse Armada komt..........hopelijk verder dan de Bitter GT1. Wie kent die nog?

Ge bedoeld de Lotus Elise GT1.  En die Lotus zou ook terug op weg zijn naar Le Mans.
