En alweer eentje die richting buitenland gaat:

De Nederlander Dave van den Heuvel ( Deelnemer Belgisch FRenault 1600 in 2004) gaat ook richting de UK. Voor Motaworld gaat hij rijden in de FRenault 2000.

Vraag me af hoe serieus de F. Renault dit jaar in Nederland is.

Op het programma van de Paasraces staat alleen een race op maandag, geen kwalificatie. Op de poster van de 1000km van Spa komen ze zelfs niet eens (meer) voor.

In het Nederlandse autosportblad Start staat deze maand een column van Willem J. Staat. Hij zegt daarin dat Renault na dit jaar stopt met het Nederlandse Formule Renault kampioenschap.

Het zou het einde betekenen van een kampioenschap dat nooit echt van de grond gekomen is.

Hadden we dat voor de start van dit kampioenschap in 2002/2003 niet al voorspeld?

De eerste wagen wordt op dit moment door Carly Motors gebouwd.

Ik ben bang dat dit weer een kleine grid op gaat leveren, zo'n BMW is namelijk vast niet goedkoop.
