Mini Triathlon
Daarnet een minnie triathlon gezwommen/gefietst/gelopen.

Tbestond uit: 350m zwemmen / 16km / 4.5km lopen

sommige zullen zeggen van "is da al?"
Welja, tis toch zwaar.
vooral da zwemmen......

Ik heb met et fietsen 36km/hr gefietst, me 3 hollanders in mijne nek die ni wouden overpakken.......

Met het lopen nog ewa plaatsen goe gemaakt.

Uiteindelijk een totaaltijd van 1.01.19
En gestart zonder speciale voorbereiding, enkel basisconditie van de karate.

Dusja, volgend jaar een ideeke voor meeting ofzo, een minitriathlon?????

Ne collega van mij is al jaren bezig met eerst mini-thriatlons, dan 1/8, vorig jaar 1/4 en dit jaar zijn eerste halve...
Zijn doel is binnen 1 à 2 jaar eens een ganse uit te doen en dan zich te kwalificeren voor de Iron Man in Hawai...
Dat is dus TRAINEN TRAINEN en nog eens TRAINEN en AFZIEN eh!
Dus ik zeg zeker nie : is dat al!
Ik zeg : CHAPEAU Oneliner!!!!

ikke 120e van de 240
brecht 117e en jef heeft opgegeven me materiaal pech, maar die zat toen al ver achter ons.
