ja oké, maar toen waren de wagens nog niet zo veilig als nu ... nu is het bijna onmogelijk om gewond te raken, maar die
*beenbreuk van Schumacher 1999 *crash van Frenzen in Canada met een barst? in knieschijf tot gevolg *die wishbone die door het monocoque komt en Ralf aan zijn been verwond (in Monaco...) zijn nog altijd een bewijs dat een F1 wagen nog niet 100% veilig is, en dat zal die F1 wagen nooit zijn! En overal mogen ongevallen gebeuren, nooit zal het zo erg aflopen als in Monaco, omdat de rails zo dichtbij staan ... ik ben echt tegenstander van monaco, een saaie race en veel te gevaarlijk, laat die race maar wegvallen. back to topic => Spa en politiekers verwelkomen de F1

en wat weet hij ervan? Het zal van de politiekers afhangen en van ecclestone. Zolang die wet niet aangepast wordt (wat toch niet gaat gebeuren) komt er geen grote prijs in belgië

Op het circuit is men inderdaad bezig met werkzaamheden in een voorbereidende fase, deze is nu zo ver afgesloten.
Men zal pas verder gaan als zeker is dat er F1 komt, daar zal dan eerst de wed voor aangepast moeten worden en dan is het afwachten op de definitieve kalender 2004 van de FIA. CKJ http://members.lycos.nl/racefrancorchamps/

Als ze het circuit ervoor moeten verleggen, laat die F1 dan maar wegblijven.

Heb ooit iets gelezen dat een F1-circuit zo rond de 4 km moet zijn........wat dacht je van Hockenheim?
4 km.........een vette minuut.......ideaal voor een commercial break

Je lacht ermee, maar reken maar dat bij de aanleg van een circuit heel wat commerciele factoren meespelen. Wanneer een nieuw circuit ontworpen wordt, plakt de ontwerper op elke bocht een 'prijskaartje' voor toekomstige sponsors.
Hoe meer 'airtime' die bocht krijgt, hoe 'duurder' die bocht voor sponsors.
