Heb alleen race 2 van het wtcc kunnen meepikken, al bij al had ik mijn tijd wel beter kunnen spenderen. Wat een geklungel van de sleepdiensten, er zijn maar 2 ronden echt geraced. Als je dit dan vergelijkt met Macau of Monaco zoals eerder vermeld dan is dit echt amateuristisch.

Ook Corthals zal actief zijn in WTCC op Zolder. Hij bestuurt namelijk, dankzij o.a. SEAT Belgie, een SEAT Leon van Exagon.

Eigenlijk best wel een mager beestje voor zon top-weekend. Wilde eerst 2 dagen gaan, maar dat doen we dan toch maar niet. Overigens lijkt me 2x 9 ronden WTCC wel heel schamel. Is een WTCC race niet beoogd op min. 25 minuten racen, of zit ik er dan helemaal naast???

Voor de wagens 18x te zien passeren ga ik toch niet veel geld neerleggen hoor . Bovendien vind ik het nevenprogramma ook maar saaie bedoening. Ik had liever Belcar of BTCS gezien dan een verzameling Seat Leon's of Maserati's. Maar goed, zondag 20 juni zullen we kunnen evalueren .

TV rules zullen we maar zeggen Zeer opmerkelijk dat we op een zondag voor 10.00 uur mogen racen. Dat heb ik in de afgelopen 10 jaar nog niet eerder meegemaakt, uitgezonderd de 24 uur van Zolder.

Vroeg afgelopen, ze hadden makkelijk op het einde van de dag nog iets "nationaals" kunnen plannen maar wij buitenstaanders kennen uiteraard niet de eisen van Eurosport Events/WTCC

indien Zolder een wedstrijd heeft met WK status, tellen er andere regels op gebied van de uitbatingsvergunning

Inderdaad, dacht dat het WTCC pas vanaf 2006 bestond maar 't is inderdaad 2005. Wat gaat de tijd toch snel...
