Talking Danke..

I hope I don't offend anyone on this forum, but I have been surfing this forum for some time. You folks post the best photos of the FIA cars. I have seen your name many times. Where are you from?..I live in San Antonio, Texas, USA right now, but have lived in Germany and Italy. I have followed Callaway and Corvette racing for 15 years. What is your connection to the Corvette?

Thanx..mike

Mike, wellcome !

Luckily you told us you're from Texas ... I was just going to invite you to our next modeller's meeting to demonstrate your clay technics.

Great stuff you're demonstrating there !

You should make a photo tutorial about it.

Mike, Welcome!

We don't speak German either. It's Flemish - the Belgian variant of Dutch.

For my previous job, I've been travelling to Austin, TX once or twice a year. Good to see the forum is followed also on the other side of the ocean. You show us some really impressive stuff on modifying the Corvettes. Really good. Like Pat suggested, maybe you should write some details next to it, so we get an even better idea on what's going on. Most of us understand and write English, so, we can surely make an exception and appreciate your work here.

Keep them coming, those updates.

ps. that being said, I'm can't help you with the images you're looking for.

pps. I've moved the thread to our "Work in Progress" subforum. No worries there, as I can imagine you wouldn't have gotten a clue of where to put it.

Welcome to the forum!

I read that you live in San Antonio... I lived in Lake Jackson, Texas for 3 years and loved it there! We visited San Antonio a couple of times.

My father's best friend there had a real Corvette obsession and he owned 3 of them. Always nice to see them with the top open, displayed on the driveway. So that's where a got my fascination for cars...living in the States. Just a tad ironic that I'm rooting for Aston Martin now!

But back on topic, I see that you've really put a lot of work and effort into the modelling of the Vettes. Great job!

@ The Mods: I'd consider putting up an English version of the forum in the future.
