In het bijprogramma van de 12 uur van Sebring was er een wedstrijd voor de SCCA Speedworld Challenge GT. Qua wagens vergelijkbaar met het aanstaande FIA GT3 kampioenschap. Als ik het goed heb dan hebben ze daar de wereldprimeur gehad van een AM DBRS9 in een wedstrijd:

Deze wagen heeft uiteindelijk geen meter gereden Ze moesten uit de pits vertrekken en door een versnellingsselectie probleem zijn ze stil gevallen in de pitlane.

hhm aan de uitslag te zien is de 44 A-M niet gestart. maar de 43 A-M wat op de foto te zien is was toch 15de geworden met 2min acterstand
de race werd gewonnen door Mike McCann in een viper, 2de werd Andy Pilgrim in zijn CTS-V met 11s achterstand en 3de Bob Woodhouse ook in een viper met 19s achterstand..

Naast de GLPK-Carsport C6R zullen ook de GT3's op Michelin staan:
