FIA GT Round 5 - Brno
Op Pitstop.tv staat te lezen dat de Italiaan Gianni Morbidelli zijn comeback maakt met de Lamborghini Murciélago van Reiter Engineering.

Vorig jaar reed deze Italiaan nog met GPC.

Racingworld meldt het volgende:
Graham Nash Motorsport heeft enkele wijzigingen doorgevoerd aan haar line-up voor de vijfde manche van het FIA GT kampioenschap. Jaraslav Janis, die in 2003 voor het MenX Racing team uitkwam, stapt in op de #7 Saleen. De Tsjech zal het stuur delen met vaste rijder Paolo Ruberti. Een andere Tsjech, Robert Senkyr, zal een duo vormen met Luca Pirri op de tweede Graham Nash Saleen.

Ik denk dat het merendeel van de Paddockers hier wel dagelijks racingworld.be/pitstop.tv checkt ...

Autosport.be meldt dat Loic Deman en S. Lemeret in Brno met een Ferrari 360 zullen aantreden van het Italiaanse GPC-team ter voorbereiding van de 24Uren van Spa-Francorchamps. De 24uren rijden ze met een 575 van GPC.

Reiter toont tijdens de 2de sessie dat de Lamborghini snel kan gaan. De vraag is natuurlijk of de betrouwbaarheid er ook is (versnellingsbak kon niet tegen de hitte) en of ze die snelheid een hele wedstrijd kunnen aanhouden.

Brno is een circuit met veel redelijk lange bochten aan matige snelheid. Dit zou de Corvette goed moeten liggen.
