Conclusie:
- Toine Hezemans is een goed coureur geweest (o.a. Targa Florio gewonnen in fabrieks Alfa Romeo).
- Heeft Viper beter gemaakt (vooral die Hollinger bak was een goede stap), maar is op een gegeven moment doorgeschoten.

Even op betrekking wat even iemand eerder zei... Hezemans heeft wel in de jaren 2001 en 2002 een keer een race gewonnen en podia behaald, alleen in 2003 hebben ze er totaal niks van gebakken toen ze samenwerkten met Force One Festina van Philippe Alliot...

Het lijkt er op dat ze de Viper toch gaan repareren, aldus Kumpen tegen een vriend van me op LeMans. Had ik niet verwacht eigenlijk, blijkbaar is de wagen toch nog goed genoeg om opnieuw op te bouwen.

Tja met zo'n magazijn vol Viper parts wat zoudt ge daar anders mee doen, ik stel me wel de vraag of het ooit nog wat wordt met die Pagani of is die al museumrijp ?

Vanaf toen de Pagani werd aangekondigd, had ik al erg grote twijfels over het project. Museumstuk dus

Zoals ik hier nog al heb gezegd. Binnen x aantal tijd te bezichtigen in Eindhoven op de kartingbaan van Hezemans, naast de Bitter ;-)

Dat zou kunnen als Hezemans er nog íets mee te maken had. Wagen is echter volledig in handen van de Kumpens / GLPK.

Ja, als ze de Pagani dit jaar niet meer inzetten, zal hij wellicht richting museum of privécollectie verdwijnen. Jammer, want de Belcar kan wat "nieuwe" wagens best gebruiken.

Gaan ze bij GLPK de Viper nu nog eens herstellen? Of valt de schade nogal mee?
Normaal zouden ze nog één race rijden, het Racing Festival in Spa, de Belcar Masters in Zolder vallen samen met de FIA GT in Zhuhai.
En als ze dan toch volgend jaar met de Vette naar de Belcar zouden komen, waar we natuurlijk alleen maar héél blij om mogen zijn, dan stel ik me dus toch de vraag of die Viper nog hersteld dient te worden?

Pfffffff, krijgen we een Corvette C5-R Cup ofzo? Als de woorden van Hezemans in RTL Autosport waarheid worden is dit wel de meest logische gang van zaken.

De schade aan de Viper is weer ontzettend zwaar. Het chassi is weer geraakt en we kunnen hem niet meer tijdig herstellen voor 't racing festival te Spa. Voor volgend jaar Belcar is er nog niks bekend. Ik hou jullie op de hoogte.
