Dat is jouw veronderstelling... Maar je kan net zo goed "licht" aan de kwalificaties deelnemen om een goede startpositie te bekomen en dan in de race vrij vroeg komen tanken... Alles hangt af van de gekozen strategie... Wat wel een feit is, is dat je in dat geval niet meer je strategie kan aanpassen aan de situatie, of je nu wil of niet, je MOET binnenkomen of je staat zonder brandstof.

Als ik me niet vergis tellen de vrijdag kwalificaties enkel voor het bepalen van de startorde van de zaterdag kwalificaties. Ze tellen helemaal NIET mee voor de startorde van de race. (Of ben ik mis) Dit meen ik te hebben verstaan tijdens de kwalificaties vanmorgen op het Duitse ARD.

Vanmorgen een interview gezien met Ross Brawn. Hij gaat ervan uit dat de topteams gaan kiezen voor een one-stop. Dwz dat ze niet gaan voor de pole in de kwalificaties maar alles zetten op de race. De "mindere" teams gaan volgens hem proberen een goede startpositie te halen om zo in het begin van de race in beeld te komen en uiteindelijk zullen kiezen voor een 2 of zelfs 3 pit-stop strategie.

Nog enkele uurtjes afwachten zou ik zo zeggen !!!

(Artikel gaande over de vrijdag-kwalificaties)... With the new FIA rules now in place, the times recorded by drivers in this coming session, where they have just one flying lap to record a time, will determine just where they start tomorrow's final qualifying hour. With bad weather a possibility, track position will be very important. First man out on the circuit for his stint of three laps, one out, one flying and one in, is Michael Schumacher as the list runs in order from last season's championship positions...

Sorry, maar er ontgaat mij iets.

Waarvoor dienen die kwalificaties van vandaag als MS morgen toch als eerste de baan op mag ?

nope, de laatste van vandaag gaat eerst de baan op. De voorlaatste 2de, enz... Barri dus als laatste.

Schumacher mag morgen tijdens de kwalificatie pas als 17de de baan opkomen! en dus niet als eerste. De volgorde die ze vandaag gereden hebben, is morgen omgekeerd, dus barri moet als laatste, Kimi als voorlaatste, schumi als 4de laatste
(natuurlijk mag schumacher, als hij dat wil, tijdens de gewone oefensessie als 1ste op de baan, maar ik denk ni dat het dat is wat ge bedoelt)

dat was voor vandaag, schumacher moest als eerste starten in de 1ste kwalificatiesessie omdat hij het startnummer 1 heeft, dan was het aan barri, dan de williamsen, dan de mclarens, ...enzoverder
heeft dus niks met morgen te maken!
