Het TTA reglement klinkt nog zo slecht niet. Zolang het betaalbaar blijft kan zo een silhouette klasse wel knap zijn. Maar dus met voldoende deelnemers, anders laten ze het beter.

Nog maar eens een update.

TTA Citroen C5 van Brovallen Design:

Mooie wagen. Ziet er veel beter uit dan de zusterwagens in BTCS en zelfs beter dan de nieuwe DTM wagens.


SEAT gaat dit seizoen weer enigzins support geven aan teams in het WTCC en plant een volledige comeback in 2013.

Het Britse Arena Motorsport gaat deelnemen aan het WTCC met 2 of 3 Ford Focussen. De 1.6L turbomotor is in opdracht van Ford door Mountune ontwikkeld. Men kan dit project dus als semi-fabrieks beschouwen.

Daarnaast heeft Honda vandaag bevestigd dat men in 2012 (race in Japan) en daarna volledig in 2013 deel gaat nemen aat het WTCC.

De toekomst van het WTCC ziet er dus weer een stuk rooskleuriger uit.

Ziet er mooi uit. Ik ben blijk dat TTA in tegenstelling tot BTCS en DTM niet al die spoilers en flaps heeft.
Ben benieuwd hoe TTA zich gaat ontwikkelen.

Alle mogelijke opties bevallen me wel, ze overwegen zelfs WRC!

Jammer dat het niet in orde komt tussen DTM en SuperGT.

Dat zou een toffe evolutie zijn.
Als er tenminste nog fabrikanten een produkt willen/kunnen ontwikkelen waarmee teams kunnen deelnemen.

Meer kans voor Honda Ford Seat en BMW,Nissan is ook aan het kijken welke kant ze op willlen in de autosport.
