Goossens met R & S naar Le Mans
Staat in de autosport van 19-12-02, deal is zo goed als rond. Niet alleen Le Mans maar ook ALMS.
Rijders voor Le Mans: Goossens, Matthews en ? ALMS: Goossens en een tweede "top line driver" , dus geen Matthews en Theys. Quote van Bill Riley: "It's not a done deal, but I'm sure it's going to happen" Team is "swapping" van Dunlops naar Michelin, ze rijden weer onder de naam Jim Matthews Racing

Het chassis van dit jaar was een nieuw model, zo groot is R & S ook weer niet.....tis geen Audi
