Qualifying:

de eerste reeks was beslissend aar het tijdens de 2de regende... De toerwagens staan vooraan met de de 2 Holdens die het veld zullen aanvoeren. Kort erachter een BMW M3 V8; een idee voor G&A? Foto's zijn ook vrij te bezichten op www.dailysportscar.com! Een aanrader...

Australisch Toerwagen is een kampioenschap dat zwaar onderschat wordt... Die auto's zijn echt verdomd snel, en ik kan het weten want het ze al in actie gezien in Philip Island ! Holden is daar echt wat voor ons Mercedes in DTM is ! Daar worden echt zalige duels uitgevochten, soms wel 3 ronden deur aan deur

na enkele uren leiden de Monaros, zijn dat trouwens geen auto's voor Belcar, voor de Ferrari van Montermini. Ondanks de regen blijven de Porsches wat achter, of is dat schijn?

De Aussies zijn Rugby kater aan het doorspoelen, daarom een beetje minder volk dan andere jaren.

na 19h. De prive ingeschreven Holden aan de leiding én daarachter de officiele Holden MONARO CV8 in dezelfde ronde...

foto trouwens genomen op F1 circuit zou je niet zeggen, Onder het jaar is F1 ciircuit in Melbourne niet te herkennen, de garageboxen zijn dan omgetoverd tot zalen waar je volleybal, zaalvoetbal kan spelen, in de ferrari box is er daar trouwens een leuke cafetaria

Zonder pech zal het gaan tussen deze 2.

Idd, Holden van Brock wint, staan enkele mooie foto's van David Lord op dsc.com. Zeker de moeite. Mooie prestatie ook van Martin Short, 5de algemeen.
